About us

London Corporate Management is a chartered accountancy and chartered tax advisory practice based in central London.
We offer accounting, business and tax compliance services as well as consultancy services to both businesses and individuals.
Both on a UK & international basis.

The company was formed in 2010, with the goal of helping small businesses and individuals achieve success in business and progress towards financial freedom.
We achieve this by providing simple, fast and user friendly solutions to help you overcome the hurdles on you business journey.

Meet the team

James Seville

James has a gained wealth of accountancy and tax knowledge having previously worked in a multinational practice with operations spanning seven different jurisdictions.

He has vast experience in dealing with international corporates & individuals, assisting them to navigate the UK tax minefield.

James has worked with businesses from a wide range of different sectors & industries and at various stages of their journeys from start-up to multi-million pound organizations.

He has gained awards whilst obtaining numerous qualifications including Chartered Tax Advisor Chartered Accountant amongst others

Pierluigi Guiduzzi

Pierluigi is a double qualified chartered accountant both in Italy and in the UK.

He has been one of the founders of LCM and still collaborates as an external consultant. He has been living and working in London for more than 20 years gaining important experience in international and UK tax.

Due to his background, he can advise clients with cross-border interests between Italy and UK as well as for resident non-domiciled individuals.

Maria Lo Presti

Maria moved to the UK from Italy over 25 years ago to complete her degree in Business Management.

After a long break in her career due to looking after her four sons, she needed a further challenge looking after LCM clients.

Since 2013, she has been working with LCM helping clients navigate the fiscal domain and will be the link between yourself and our chartered accountants.

Elena Giambartolomei

Elena is a native Italian speaker with years of experience in the field of accounting, in Italy and in the UK.

She has gained skills and knowledge in accounting and taxation while working for small-to-large sized international firms and she has been meeting the needs of individuals and corporate clients belonging to different sectors.

In Italy, she has earned Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance and a Master Degree in Economics and Corporate Law, with honors, and she is currently training to become a chartered accountant in the UK.

Valeria Martinelli

Valeria joined LCM in 2015. Prior to that, she had nearly 20 years of experience with an accounting practice specialised in working with Italian clients setting up businesses in London.

Valeria assists corporate clients with bookkeeping, VAT Returns, preparation of management accounts, Construction Industry Scheme returns. She grew up in Italy but studied Accountancy in the UK (AAT).

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Bookkeepers. Valeria is also the Treasurer of two small Charities.

Maria Tomasello

Maria Chiara had lived in the UK for 7 years and started to work with us about two years ago.

Even though, she does not come from an accounting background, she has gained experience and enjoying her position of Clients Admin, helping with any admin tasks our clients and the team.

She would like to challenge herself and will soon improve her skills in company secretarial sector and payroll services.
